Question 1

What is a B2B courier service?

Accepted Answer

A B2B courier service is a delivery solution dedicated to businesses. Unlike classic peer-to-peer delivery, it is designed for volumes, deadlines and professional constraints: fast pickup, tiered pricing, monthly invoicing and proof of delivery.

Question 2

How fast do you deliver in Casablanca?

Accepted Answer

We pick up your parcels in under 60 minutes and deliver in under 3 hours in Casablanca for same-day express delivery.

Question 3

Which areas do you serve in Casablanca?

Accepted Answer

We cover every neighbourhood and business district of Casablanca: Anfa, Maârif, Gauthier, Bourgogne, Sidi Belyout, Ain Sebaa, Sidi Bernoussi, Hay Hassani, CIL, Oasis, Sidi Maarouf, Ain Diab and more.

Question 4

How are your courier rates calculated?

Our rates depend on the shipment type (document, parcel or pallet), weight, distance and monthly volume. The higher your volume, the lower the unit rate. We offer monthly invoicing for businesses.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every shipment has real-time tracking and a proof of delivery (signature or photo). Enterprise clients can also benefit from an API integration with their system or online store.

Question 7

Accepted Answer

We offer coverage for valuable shipments and reinforced procedures for confidential documents. Contact us to define the level of insurance suited to your needs.
